City of Austin Loop 360/Davenport Fire/EMS Station
The City of Austin Loop 360/Davenport Station, officially known as AFD Station #52 and ATCEMS Station #141, provides improved response times in the area and a better position to respond to wildfire events.
This station features 13,590 square feet of space, four bays for emergency vehicles, solar roof panels, and a training stair structure and gym. The project is projected to earn a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification. Comfort Systems USA – Central Texas is proud to have partnered with JE Dunn Construction to install the HVAC and plumbing systems at this high-priority station for the City of Austin.
Domain 9 Office Building
The Domain 9 project stands as an impressive 18-story, Class-A, podium-style office building nestled in the heart of the Domain on Austin’s northside.
Spanning 332,865 square feet, this iconic tower features a range of amenities, including a fitness center, showers, a reception area, bike storage, and private patios. Comfort Systems USA – Central Texas was privileged to undertake the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems for this endeavor in collaboration with DPR Construction.
St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center Expansion
The expansion of St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center featured the addition of a fourth and fifth floor to the existing tower, enhancing its capacity. The fifth floor now accommodates 34 intermediate care beds, while the expansion also incorporates four new operating rooms.
This crucial development enables the medical center to sustain its delivery of essential healthcare services to the Central Texas area. Comfort Systems USA – Central Texas takes pride in having collaborated with JE Dunn Construction to deliver premier HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas installation for this significant project.
Texas Bankers Association Office Building
The Texas Bankers Association office building, a prestigious Class-A establishment spanning 180,000 square feet, graces the Central Business District of Austin. Serving as the esteemed headquarters of The Texas Bankers Association, this strategically positioned building boasts proximity to the Capitol and State Offices.
Its standout features include breathtaking views of the Capitol from the ninth-floor conference center and rooftop terrace. Comfort Systems USA – Central Texas had the honor of collaborating with The Beck Group to execute the installation of the HVAC and plumbing systems for this remarkable project.
